Jeff's immediate responsiveness and expertise on our existing system resolved minor issues quickly, and he took the time to explain the process and engineering. We needed our entire Starlink set up on our roof replaced and updated. Jeff was amazing to work with. He responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry, and determined that we would need an additional mount that I hadn’t gotten. He managed to get the mount for us real quick and showed up a couple days later to complete the work. He was quick to get the old set up down, and put the new one up. We had working internet faster than it took to originally get a message back from Starlink. I can’t recommend him enough if you need anything installed or replaced! :)
